Secure encrypted reply
Password Mode vs Preferred Connect Mode (option)The e-communications Server tests to determine if the receiver’s server supports and accepts at that moment a secure connection for TLS encrypted transmission.
TLS available: The message is delivered encrypted to the recipient server using a secure tunnel. The email is shown in standard email format with markings so recipient knows it was transmitted securely and contains sensitive or protected information.
TLS not available: If TLS is unavailable, the message is sent via Password Mode.
