• We aim to: Raise expectations, change attitudes and prepare young people with learning disabilities for employment

• Support YP in their transition into adulthood• 55 Schools • 8 L.A. areas: Glasgow, Edinburgh, West

Dunbartonshire, Angus, Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, North Ayrshire and East Ayrshire

• Working with 344 young people• Supported 378 workplacements• Supported 99 YP into college over half onto

mainstream vocational courses.• 4 onto MA and 4 onto GRFW programmes• 21 into full time employment• 9 part time jobs
