OUR CRESTOUR CREST

The tent in the crest symbolizes the outdoor learning environment in which participants have communion with nature. The colours - beige, green and orange represent the soil, plants and the fire (spark) respectively. The outline of three growing faces show personality enrichment. The three strokes indicate radiation of knowledge. Learn 'n leisure emphasizes the 'learn while u play' concept. Our focus is on enriching the participants and shaping them into good human beings - hence the name 'EMPOWER'.

His training experience ranges from grass root level of training recruits to the macro level exposure in ARTRAC where he was involved in formulating training policies and doctrines for the Indian Army. He has vast training experience as an instructor, staff officer, examiner and visiting speaker.

Anil Bhasin has recently taken pre-mature retirement as Manager, Inflight Service Department, Air India after a glorious service of 36 years. A post-graduate in Specialized Hotel Management, he has a long and varied experience in travel and human relations, having, on occasions, dealt with difficult situations and emergencies. He has travelled extensively around the globe for work and leisure to over 35 countries, spanning all the continents. He was privileged to have been conferred with the Best Employee award for his dedication and contribution to the airline. He has also attended a marketing workshop conducted by Boeing.As the new MD of Empower Activity Camps, Anil Bhasin brings with him vast experience in administration, management and human relations.

Col Naval KohliCol Naval Kohli has served the Indian Army for 24 years. He has rich experience in human resource development and has specialised in the field of training. He has held instructional tenures and has commanded various logistics units. Col Kohli has served in Somalia under the aegis of UNITED NATIONS PEACE KEEPING FORCE and has been awarded a French Army medal for distinguished service. He has attended the Art of Living Course.
