What is Employer Branding Academy?A dynamic blended format course that provides the important link between business objectives and recruitment needs and certifies HR, Talent and Mar-keting professionals in the field of recruitment marketing. The World Class Recruitment Marketing course provides participants with the knowledge, practi-cal skills and expertise needed to devise an effective recruitment marketing strategy and to leverage communication channels to the full.
Training Goal Successful completion of this course means learning how to devise a strategy
for, how to build and subsequently to measure the impact of your organisation’s recruitment marketing. The course teaches a proven framework that will not only allow you to create winning recruitment messaging, but will allow you to fully realise the potential of the integrated candidate journey or experience.
Format weeks of eLearning, including two face-to-face meetings and a mid-term webinar. An online only version of the course is also available. With a flexible weekly commitment of between 2-3 hours’ private study, this course will easily fit around even the busiest working schedule.
Certification Upon completion of the e-learning training, as well as a certification project,
you will receive a globally recognised certification diploma and a digital certifi-cation badge. As well as membership to an exclusive alumni network.

Start using the knowledge and tools you have acquired during the course. - The last module is a real case challenge where you apply your knowledge, tools and structure in a final exercise. It will be presented live during the final certification day where you will receive useful feedback from our experienced recruitment marketing specialists.
