them stay calm by telling them that everythingis okay, even if you know it is not.
But overall, make sure you and the victim just:
STAY CALM!!!

by not being in the hospital withbroken limbs
Avoid sharp objects, especially holding
those sharp objects near importantbody parts, as they can puncture theskin and give you really bad bleedingand a good reason for the doctors toamputate that part of your body
Dont play with dangerous objects (and
extreme example would be a bomb) asthey can cause you to lose parts ofyour body that you most likely need
Overall, just make sure that you thinkbefore you act, and try your best toavoid situations that seem dangerous
- CARE FOR SHOCK -Shock is the response that the bodygives when it senses reduced blood
flow---
Many injuries can cause reducedblood flow, although the amount
needed to cause shock is asignificantly large amount that would
only be caused by severe injuries

feels as though everything is all just adream
---- WAYS TO CARE FOR SHOCK -
- Give the victim a blanket or a jacketto preserve their body temperature- Lay the victim down at an angle as
so to maximize blood flow to theirheart- Make sure to stay calm and do yourbest to keep the victim in a calmstate as well

Embedded objects shoud normally be
removed, but should be done by aprofessional, as severe bleeding couldbe a result of improper removal
Mouth wounds can be fixed by surgeryor other hospital methods, but arehard to treat because of the mouth's
complicated glands. Sometimesdoctors can do very little to fiz a mouthwound.

Mouth injuries may cause breathingproblems when blood obstructs the airway
If a splinter gets in your eye, do not
attempt to remove it. Instead, make sureto dial 9-1-1 immediately
To treat a sucking chest wound, youmust place an airtight dressing over thewound and tape it, but make sure to leaveonly one of the corners loose
A forceful puncture to the chest is life-
threatening because it allows are to freelypass through the lungs, causing them towork improperly
A severed body part should immediately bewrapped in sterile gauze, at which pointyou put it in a plastic bag and fill the bagwith ice.
If you ever have a severed body part, makesure that it is not stored directly on the ice.The ice can cause damage to the skintissue and kill the skin cells.
