PS Migration Assessment
Four phases to the migration assessment – Review the current and planned customers' environment
– Analyze the Capture Process flows, volumes, dependencies and functional requirements
– Document the specific value drivers for the client to complete the migration, assessment results and present to the customer
– Presentation and delivery of a Migration Assessment Document, including recommendations
Assessment output – Recommendation on the migration or upgrade approach
– Estimated high-level timeline for the migration or upgrade
– A proposed team and level of effort for completing the migration/upgrade
Additional examples of PS activities – Existing Environment analysis/New Requirements Analysis
– Upgrade Design & Plan to include migration of legacy IPPs to Captiva 7 XPPs
– Replacing legacy modules with new Captiva 7 modules in the Process Flows
– Advanced Recognition project migration and testing
