Established in 1998, we were eager to see what we could accomplish with the inspiring technologies of the changing world. Since our very first project, we have taken each and every of our steps by listening to our customers and taking care of their habits and needs. From the first day, we have been moving forward together with Bosch Rexroth, one of the leading technology companies of the world, while trying to make our sub-brand HKSM a leader in its segment. This is why engineering is more than just an occupation for us; it is one of the most creative ways to make our customers dreams come true.

In order to achieve this goal, we focus on 3 areas in our service and production processes: Hydraulics, Electro-mechanics and Robotics, Mechanics and Automation. Thanks to their mutually complementary services in Engineering and Turnkey projects, each of them being experts in their own fields, our departments meet all of your expectations from one end to the other. This is

why engineering is not only solving the existing problem for us; it also ensures the way that all systems work smoothly and in compliance with each other.

Designing the technology and evolving it into reality is also a significant part of our job. We leave our mark in each of our projects with innovative products -such as collaborative robot, servo hydraulic cylinder, parallel robot, delta robot- that we develop by carrying on collaborative works with universities and scientific institutions. This is why engineering for us does not mean using today’s products only, it means designing the future.

And probably our biggest responsibility is to respect the limited resources of the world, while developing the most innovative technologies. This is our duty towards both our customers and our children... For this reason, in each step we comply with the most up-to-date environmental standards and we consider the environmental impacts during the period from the first stage to the minute we present it to you. This is why engineering for us is to make the world a better place above all.

Değişen dünyanın ilham veren teknolojileriyle neler yapabileceğimizi görmek için 1998 yılında kurulduk. Üstlendiğimiz ilk projeden bu yana her adımımızı müşterilerimizi dinleyerek, onların alışkanlık ve ihtiyaçlarını ölçerek attık. İlk günden bu yana dünyanın teknoloji devlerinden Bosch Rexroth’la birlikte ilerliyor, kendi alt markamız olan HKSM’yi ise alanında bir öncüye dönüştürmek için çalışıyoruz. Çünkü bizim için mühendislik sadece bir iş değil, müşterilerimizin hayallerini gerçeğe dönüştürmenin en yaratıcı yollarından biri.

Bu hedefe ulaşmak için hizmet ve üretim süreçlerimizde 3 alana yoğunlaşıyoruz: Hidrolik, Elektromekanik ve Robotik, Mekanik ve Otomasyon Satış. Her biri kendi alanında uzmanlaşan birimlerimiz, Mühendislik ve Anahtar Teslim projelerinde birbirini tamamlayan hizmetleri sayesinde beklentilerinizi uçtan uca karşılıyor. Çünkü bizim için mühendislik sadece var olan sorunu çözmek değil, tüm sistemlerin uyumlu

bir şekilde ve sorunsuz çalışmasını garantilemek anlamına geliyor.

Teknolojiyi tasarlamak ve hayata geçirmek de işimizin önemli bir parçası. Üniversiteler ve bilim kurumları ile ortak çalışmalar yürüterek gerçekleştirmekte olduğumuz işbirlikçi robot, servo hidrolik silindir, paralel robot, delta robot gibi yenilikçi ürünlerle her projemizde fark yaratıyoruz. Çünkü bizim için mühendislik bugün var olanla yetinmek değil, geleceği tasarlamakla aynı anlama geliyor.

Dünyanın en yenilikçi teknolojilerini, dünyanın sınırlı kaynaklarına saygıyla üretmek ise belki de en büyük sorumluluğumuz. Hem müşterilerimize hem de çocuklarımıza karşı... Bu nedenle üretim alalarımızda en güncel çevre standartlarına bağlı kalıyor ve bir ürünün ilk aşamasından size sunulmasına kadar geçen her adımda çevresel etkileri dikkate alıyoruz. Çünkü bizim için mühendislik her şeyden önce dünyanın daha iyi bir yer olmasını sağlamaktan geçiyor.

We can offer economic and highly efficient solutions for a wide range of cutting and processing operations including complex parts thanks to robot based cutting and processing solutions.

Depending on the desired project, high speed spindle motors, spherical and conical cutters, cooling systems, automatic chuck replacement systems and many more system elements that may be required can be configured according to the needs of our customers by our professional team.

Robot systems offer flexible, economic and reliable solutions in loading/unloading operations of systems such as machine tools and presses.

Robots play a significant role in increasing productivity and efficiency in tasks such as feeding/discharging machine tools as well as in environments affecting human health such as heavy industry (forging, foundry).

“Worker health” that is the most important element in production is protected by the help of robots that take over these difficult tasks.

We produce solutions best suited to customer needs with high speed solutions such as Scara, Delta as well as simpler systems such as Cartesian robots and serial robots (6 Axis) depending on the application. We offer solutions specific to your application in many areas such as holders designed for the product, box and separator opening systems, conveyor and separator systems.

When required, we design special systems to meet customer needs by supporting these systems with visual control and artificial vision systems.
