Dal decoro bianco rigato ai decori Bloom bianco su bianco si ha l’impressione di vedere delinearsi sotto i nostri occhi trame delicate e seducenti, come esistessero solo per noi, in trasparenza. Un’atmosfera da sogno, ricreata attraverso un leggera balza, ripresa sull’ap-pendice superiore, e su cui s’innesta il decoro floreale, protagonista assoluto della parete.

L’Hip Hop è un movimento culturale nato negli anni ‘70 a New York. Cuore del movimento è stato il fenomeno dei Block Party: feste di strada in cui i giovani suonavano, ballavano e cantavano. Il riflesso di questa cultura “urbana” ha generato un imponente fenomeno commerciale e sociale, rivoluzionando il mondo della musica, della danza, della moda e del design.

Oggi Elegance ha deciso di dare una propria interpretazione a questo fenomeno culturale e riproporlo in ceramica, dando vita ad una linea giovane e frizzante in formato 20x50cm, caratterizzata da colori vivaci e movimenti tridimensionali, dando la possibilità ad ognuno di vestire il proprio spazio con il nuovo linguaggio ceramico HIP HOP.

Hip Hop is a cultural movement born in the Seventies in New York. The heart of this movement has been the Block Party phenomenon: street parties during which young people played, danced and sang. The effect of this “urban culture” has given birth to a huge commercial and social phenomenon, thus revolutionizing the world of music, dance and design.

Today, Elegance has decided to give its own interpretation to this cultural phenomenon and to revive it in ceramics, thus giving birth to a young and sparkling line, size 20x50cm, characterized by bright colours and three-dimensional movements, giving to everybody the possibility to dress his own space with the new HIP HOP ceramic language.

Emergono così le stesse fiammature dei lustri me-tallici presenti sulle bacchettine e si svela il segreto dei morbidi passaggi cromatici ancora più evidenti nel deciso intersecarsi dei fondi neri e beige che disegnano le pareti.

Order and disorder, classical and futuristic suc-ceed each other in the precious sequences of a purely geometric phrase-making that in insistently asymmetrical and fatally optical. Behind the appa-rent casual nature of the composition is a precise design to be lapped up with our eyes through de-cors that represent real perceptive windows capa-ble of offering a privileged view onto the mechani-sms that control our cosmos. The backgrounds tell their stories using special de-cors with magnifying glasses, made of glass pa-ste that bring the underlying refined weavings into view.
