IT 6 Logica regolazione 6.1. Gestione On-Off
On-Off è gestito nei seguenti modi:
Off da ingresso digitale ha priorità su tutto Off da tastiera remota: 1) Con fasce orarie disabilitate on/off macchina definitivo 2) Con fasce orarie abilitate on/off macchina temporaneo fino al successivo evento (in questo caso il profilo
selezionato lampeggia). Off da BMS via MODBUS Off da fasce orarie
6.2. Cambio Modo Caldo/Freddo

IT 6.4. Antigelo batteria acqua
6.5. Serrande esterne
parametro).
Termica minima temperatura batteria acqua calda
Questo allar e è a riar o auto ati o e attiva l’us ita digitale allar e ge erale.
Riscaldatore
Electronic Control "LCM" Manuale Utente
firmware 0.06 Rev.02 IT 11/ 15
IT 6.8. Raffreddamento
valvole vengono chiuse in modo proporzionale.
6.10. Modo Night
batterie acqua e resistenze elettriche.
2) Regolazione sulla sonda di ripresa
(password) 1
= 1 (Sonda di regolazione ambiente) = 2 (Sonda di regolazione in ripresa)
3) regolazione sulla sonda interna la terminale
(password) 1

On-Off managment
The unit can be turned On-Off in the following way:
Off by digital input, main priority Off by Remote keyboard: 1) While weekly program is not active, the unit is definitively On/Off 2) While weekly program is active, the unit can be temporarily turned On/Off till next event (in case of this the
active profile led blinks) The set point is the same of the last time range. In case of blackout the unit restarts with the time range status Off by BMS via MODBUS Off by weekly program
6.2. Cooling / heating mode changeover
Cooling / heating mode can be switched by: Digital input ( / / = 2) Remote Keyboard BMS via MODBUS Automatically with exhaust air sensor ( / / = 1)
Automatically with fresh air sensor ( / / = 0)
If Te < = Heating mode
If Te > + = Cooling mode
(password) 1 Fresh air temperature set point for automatic changeover 15.0°C

6.3. Mixing chamber
When a mixing box is present on the unit it is necessary to enable the parameter ; recirculation of return air will
be activated in the following cases.
During winter start-up for a set period (Parameter )
6.4. Water coil antifreeze
Alarm and error active only in heating mode, if electric preheater is installed on the unit it is activate for a set period
to try to increase the temperature before entering in alarm condition.
When the antifreeze alarm is active the fans are Off, the dampers closed, the valve opened and the pumps are active.
In case of antifreeze sensor fault:
When the unit is in stan-by the valves opens in the fresh air temperature is lower than antifreeze set point
When the unit is On the antifreeze is managed using the supply air temperature

EN 6.5. External dampers
External dampers are open when the unit is turned On
They are closed when the unit is turned Off with a delay from the fan stop
Moreover the dampers can be close in the following cases:
Unit stopped by alarm
Antifreeze active
Winter start-up (with mixing chamber)
6.6. Freecooling-heating
Free-cooling is disabled if fresh air temperature is lower than a set point (with an hysteresis)
Free-cooling is active when the fresh air temperature is lower than set point temperature – free-cooling differential
and the unit is in cooling mode
Free-heating is active when the fresh air temperature is higher than set point temperature + free-heating differential
and the unit is in heating mode
6.7. Heating
Heating is done by a valve or an electrical heater (depending on plant type).
Minimum water temperature
Hot valve is enabled if digital input DI1 (expansion card) is close.
This alarm is automatically reset and activate the general alarm output
Heating element
The heating element s activated by set point and a differential
The 3 point valve is regulated proportionally on the set point

6.8. Cooling
The cooling element s activated by set point and a differential
The valve is regulated proportionally on the set point
6.9. Supply air limit temperature
When the remote display sensor is enabled as regulation probe, the supply air sensor is used to avoid temperature
too high during heating or too low during cooling and the valves are closed in proportionally way
6.10. Night mode
Nigh mode is used to reduce the fans speed during the night in order to reduce the noise level
When the night mode is active the symbol is blinking.
If the weekly program mode is active, night mode has the priority on fan speed reducing it at value .
6.11. Temperature Control probe
The control is based on the air supply temperature probe, using the parameter it is possible to switch the control on
the terminal probe or to an additional probe (not supplied) to be connected to the terminal.
The following three cases are then possible:
1) control on supply probe
(password) 1
= 0 (Supply temperature)
Attention
With a control on the supply, please make sure that the supply probe is placed downstream all the additional devices
such as water heat exchangers and electric batteries.
2) control on return probe
(password) 1
= 1 (Room temperature) = 2 (Return temperature probe)
3) control on the probe inside the terminal
(password) 1

Gestion On-Off
Off à partir BMS via MODBUS Off à partir créneaux horaires
6.2. Changement Mode Chaud/Froid

Electronic Control "LCM" Mode d'emploi
firmware 0.06 Vers.02 FR 11/ 15
FR 6.8. Refroidissement
