Graduate Student Conference Travel Award

Each student is eligible to receive this award (a maximum of $1000 for International travel and $750 for Local travel)

once in 2 years. M.Eng students are not eligible for this award. The hardcopy of the completed application along with the

draft copy of the paper or the camera-ready version needs to be submitted to the Graduate Program Administrator. The

deadline to apply for this award is at least 8 weeks prior to the conference date. Depending on the budget and the

competition, the Chair reserves the right to grant an award or not.
