• Explore opportunities for enhancing and improving existing content.

1. You receive an email from Web Content Team

2. Go through your folders and review each content page.

3. Submit any necessary edits to the pages.– The same way you submit any page edit.

4. If no changes are needed to a content page, click “Edit” then "Submit" without making changes.

5. Purple highlighting will disappear once page has been approved – this signals that the page has been reviewed as part of the process.

– Any submitted edits are now live.

TimelineTimeline• All hospital departments are scheduled

throughout the calendar year.

• You'll have four weeks to review your content. We'll follow up with those we haven't received edits from at the end of the four-week deadline.

• Importance of Timing– Areas up for annual review are priority for that time.

This is the best time to ensure resources are available.
