Requirements of EGAT Deliverables for COD Achievement

Item Description

1Training in generating and developing of simulation in DIgSILENT Power-Factory should be delivered to EGAT.

2 Construction of 115 kV Transmission Line from Wind Farm substation to connect with EGAT Substation.

3Submission of commissioning procedure for power generation and inform date of first synchronization to grid connection of EGAT at least 60 days prior first synchronization.

4Installation of relay protection, teleprotection and metering system to be completed prior to commissioning.

5Inform EGAT for SCOD at least 30 days in advance. Then, EGAT will issue the letter of grid connection.

6Submit certified permits and licenses as per requirement of ERC and related governmental agencies at least 10 days in advance before SCOD

6.3) Electricity Generating license

6.4) Energy Producing Regulatory License

6.5) Power controlled license

6.6) Power Backup Agreement with PEA

7Legal documentations of land utilization for substation/ House Registration of Substation Buiding and underground collection system to be submitted to EGAT at least 15 days in advance before SCOD
