It was the night before his first day at a new school and Edward was very nervous.

““I am going to eat you for breakfast, Edward!” said a strange voice outside his window. It seemed to be coming from the moon! Edward shivered from head to toe in fear. The eerie, distant voice spoke again. “I am going to send my meanest, smelliest monsters to your new school tomorrow!” and then it laughed a big toothy laugh.

EdEdward told his parents he was scared and they let him sleep in their bed.

At recess, Edward hid behind a tree and hoped the Suit of Invincibility would keep him safe. He could hear the monsters running around and making strange noises behind him, and he curled up into the Suit and became more and more frightened.
