It is about listening, questioning and being responsive.

It is about remembering that each student and class is different.

It is about eliciting responses and developing oral communication skill of every learner.

It is about pusing students to excel.


It is about human respecting others.It is about observing professionalism at all

times.It is about being flexible. It is about having the confidence to react

and adjust to circumstances.It is about getting 10 percent of what you

wanted in a class done and still feeling good.


It is about deviating from the course syllabus or lecture schedule.

It is about creative balance between being an authoritarian dictator.

It is about humor or not taking things too serious.

It is about caring, nurturing and developing minds and talents.

It is about devoting time.


It is about the thankless hour of grading.It is about designing and redisigning

courses. It is about preparing materials to enhance

instruction. It is about mentoring between senior and

junior faculty, team work and being recognized and promoted by ones peers.
