In the event B&BBuilders is chosen as the General Contractor for the project, B&B will follow these plansunless otherwise requested by the owner in writing. The owner must contract with aStructural engineer in the jurisdiction where these plans will be implemented to supplantArchitectural set in order to secure Building Permit, and with all applicable additionalconsultant drawings as required (civil, mechanical, environmental, etc. under separatecontract).
