COLLECTION OF RISKS RELATED TO NEW (UN)LOADING SITES: TEMPLATES

• First visit to a new (un)loading site or changed site • Template reflects findings and facts, noted for instance by HSEQ manager or

master driver• Allows transmission of data on the (un)loading site to next drivers and

improves preparation and risk mitigation

• Three templates were drafted: liquid bulk / dry bulk / packed goods

• Way forward: PROPOSALECTA RC Plan 2010: ECTA and Cefic to further elaborate the templates and start implementing them
