Solar Systems EPCAn experienced team in design and commissioning of Solar system for Industrial requirements right from rooftop to ground mounted as well as solar park (open access) variants. We have a qualified and experienced team to study the existing facility, evaluate potential area with a detailed review and analysis of space, angles, radiation, direction, structural loads, fitting types and safety measures required at the site.

Our capabilities include Cap-Ex, Op-Ex as well BOOT models. With financing facility supported by a highly efficient Project Management team with extensive experience in asset management, Comfonomics provides end-to-end and hassle-free solutions from conception to commissioning for Solar Projects.

HVAC EPC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning)

The HVAC EPC vertical in Comfonomics was incubated with the intention of eliminating the challenges faced by clients in terms of design, execution and post installation works. Under the single umbrella of Comfonomics, we offer end-to-end solutions to our clients.

Our team has successfully installed and commissioned several large projects for chillers/VRF/package units. We have executed projects not only in India but also in several others parts of the world. Compressed Air EPCWe have the expertise and extensive cumulative experience of more than 50 years in design and execution of Compressed Air Systems (CAS). This includes the entire scope from electrical systems, compressor selection, advanced controls, dryers, operating doctrine, piping, ducting, lighting, HVAC, cooling systems and a lot more.

We bring in specialization in large projects and energy efficient solutions for compressed air systems, standard to API compliant packages covering all technologies and variants basis specifications and usage pattern, compliance to ASME standards and experience in dealing with PMCs, DECs.

The Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) form of contracting arrangement includes all the activities. From design, procurement and construction, to commissioning and handover of the project to the client, we do it all.

Our Engineering Design Team based out of Gurgaon, helps clients identify and crystallize their requirements into functional designs. In collaboration with Adams Technologies and Eckel Industries, we use acoustic simulation software to design the HVAC system. Making use of CFD analysis for Air distribution modelling and custom PLC designs for Remote Monitoring & Control, we offer superior solutions with desired results in terms of dbA levels.

CFD & HVAC Audits• Our BEE certified energy auditors conduct energy auditing

for commercial and industrial customers to identify potential energy saving opportunities and convert them into an efficient energy system by performing turnkey solutions.

• Our CFD engineers model heat, fire and smoke, contaminant concentration, humidity and air flow for the HVAC industry. They can simulate the same for natural and raised floor, under floor air flows, jet-fan/impulse ventilation, atrium smoke, office/room ventilation, smoking lounges, external building flows and data centre cooling which are of extreme use in the industrial segment.

Climatic ChambersEvery equipment manufacturer needs to test its equipments/products not only for temperature variations but also humidity variations. Climatic Chambers are employed for such critical testing applications. Comfonomics helps its customers design and build such chambers.

• Rh levels from 10% to 90% with a tolerance of ±1% Rh

Clean Room

Comfonomics has expertise in Supply and Installation of Clean Rooms with cleanliness levels of ISO Class 1 to 8 / Class 1 to Class 1,00,000 for pharmaceutical companies, semi-conductor industry, operation theatres, component manufacturing, bio safety labs and the like.
