EasySize helps clothing online retailers to decrease returns by recommending the correct clothes size. For online shoppers who have bought something in an online shop previously EasySize automatically predicts the size based on their previous purchases. People like to buy online, but they don’t like to deal with returns and unfit clothes. With our EasySize™ technology we can find right size for your customer.
Next to your Size menu we place a hyperlink “What’s my size?” that opens a lightbox.
Lightbox opens and it is up to customer to peek into her/his closet to find a piece of clothing that fits well.
This customer wants GAP Button sweater to fit her as Zara shirt in size M.
Magic happens. Our EasySize™ algorithm predicts the correct size for her new sweater.
Curious customer can get an explanation how we calculated size by clicking on “How it works?” hyperlink.
If something goes wrong, customer can send us feedback clicking on “Not your size?” hyperlink.
After the session is done, customer clicks “Select” button and lightbox closes.
