EASY Banana Pancakes

1 egg

In the Tupperware Breakfast Maker, mix and mash together egg and

banana until smooth and frothy using the Tupperware Wisk. Cook for

about 2 minutes. Microwave times vary.

Good Morning Breakfast Sandwich

4 eggs ¼ tsp. coarse kosher salt

2 tbsp. water 2 English muffins, halved & toasted

2 slices cheddar cheese 2 tomato slices

¼ cup spinach leaves 2 strips precooked bacon (optional)

1. Whisk together eggs, salt and water. Pour into base of

Microwave Breakfast Maker, cover and microwave at 70% power

3–4 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.

2. Cut egg patty in half and place each half on an English muffin

topped with cheese, tomato, spinach and bacon (if desired).

Note: You can also try adding chopped peppers and onion to your

egg mixture and topping with pepper jack cheese and salsa for a

southwest breakfast sandwich.

3-2-1 Cake 1 box angel food cake mix

1 box any other regular cake mix

Mix the 2 boxes together and store in an airtight container such

as the Tupperware Modular Mate.

To prepare a mini-cake, mix 6 tbsp. cake mixture and 4 tbsp.

water in Tupperware Breakfast Maker and microwave for 60-90

seconds. Microwave cooking times vary. Allow to cool. Add

frosting if desired.

Easy Omelet

2 Eggs

1 TBS milk (or water)

½ Cup diced ham or bacon bits

½ cup shredded cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk egg and milk until mixed well. Add salt and pepper. Pour

into base of Breakfast Maker. Add meat and cheese. Cover and

microwave for 2 minutes. Allow to rest 30 seconds/1 minute.

Remove from microwave, uncover and slide omelet onto serving

plate. Enjoy.

Add other ingredients to your omelet for unique flavors.

Ingredient suggestions are:

Peppers – bell, jalapeno, poblano chili, and serrano.

Beans – black or white beans rinsed

Herbs – cilantro, basil, parsley,

Veggies – mushrooms, tomatoes, chives, green onions, spinach,

avocado, onions, and more

NOTE: Cooking times vary with each microwave. Cooking

times may need adjusted by 15 – 30 seconds. Do not use

sharp objects in the Tupperware Breakfast Maker as it may

scratch the surface therefore voiding your warranty.

Breakfast Made Easy 1/3 cup Simply Hash Brown Potatoes

2 Eggs, beaten with a tsp of milk or water

Bell pepper, chopped

Onions, finely chopped

½ cup bacon bits

½ cup shredded cheese

Spread hash browns in the base of the breakfast maker. Pour

eggs over top of hash browns. Sprinkle bell pepper, onions, and

bacon bits over eggs and hash browns. Place cover on breakfast

maker and microwave for 2 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle

cheese on top. Place cover back on breakfast maker and allow to

sit for a minute allowing cheese to melt. Microwave a few

seconds if needed to melt. Slide onto serving plate and Enjoy!

Sweet and Simple French Toast 2 slices sandwich bread 1 egg

2 tbsp. reduced-fat (2%) milk 1 tsp. granulated sugar

½ tsp. Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning

Toast sandwich bread in toaster or oven until browned. Combine

remaining ingredients in medium bowl and whisk. Cut toasted

bread into 1” pieces/cubes. Toss bread in egg mixture until

coated and add to base of Microwave Breakfast Maker. Cover and

microwave on high power 1 minute. Serve warm with powdered

Cinnamon Raisin French Toast 2 slices of Cinnamon Raisin Bread (best if not soft)

2 eggs

¼ cup milk

1 tsp cinnamon

Cut bread into cubes and place in the Breakfast Maker. Mix eggs,

milk, and cinnamon together until well blended. Pour over bread

cubes. Stir/toss gently to coat bread. Cover and allow to sit for 3-

5 Minutes. Place in microwave and cook for 2 minutes. Make sure

eggs are completely cooked. Cook in microwave 30 more seconds

if necessary. Transfer to serving plate. Serve with favorite syrup,

fruit or jam.

Eggs Cordon Bleu 1 slice low-sodium turkey 1/8 tsp. smoked paprika

3 whole eggs 1/4 tsp. fresh Italian parsley

1/4 cup egg whites 1 tbsp. water

1/8 tsp. black pepper 1/8 tsp. kosher salt

1 tbsp. minced scallion

2 tbsp. shredded low-moisture, part-skim mozzarella cheese

Pat dry slice of turkey with paper towel. Place smoked paprika,

parsley, and cheese in center of turkey slice. Roll turkey and make

sure there is no cheese on edges. Mix remaining ingredients and

set aside. Place turkey roll in center of the Breakfast Maker. Pour

in egg mixture. Place cover on Breakfast Maker and microwave on

high power for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

Southwest Chipotle Omelet for One

3 large eggs

2 tbsp. water

3/4 tsp. southwest chipotle seasoning

2 tbsp. poblano chili, seeded & chopped

2 tbsp. tomato, chopped

1 tbsp. onion, chopped

2 tbsp. diced ham (patted dry)

1/4 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

Whisk the eggs, water and seasoning until well blended. Pour into

base of Tupperware Breakfast Maker. Stir in remaining

ingredients. Cover and microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes. Top

with salsa or sour cream if desired. Remove to serving plate.

Breakfast Egg Muffin 2 Eggs

2 English Muffins

2 Slices of Cheese

2 Slices of cooked Ham or Turkey

Place bottom of muffins in Breakfast maker. Break open each egg

and pour onto each muffin bottom. Pierce eggs with fork. Place

slice of cheese on each egg. Place slice of ham or turkey on

cheese. Top with the other half of the English Muffins. Place

cover on breakfast maker and microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Remove from microwave, carefully remove cover and slide

muffins onto serving plate. Enjoy!

Spinach Mushroom Omelet ¼ cup spinach ¼ cup mushrooms,

sliced 2 eggs* 1/8 tsp. coarse kosher salt

2 tbsp. shredded Swiss cheese

1. Place spinach and mushrooms in base of Microwave Breakfast

Maker. In small bowl, whisk together eggs and salt, and pour over

mushrooms and spinach. Cover and microwave at 70% power 2–3

minutes, or until eggs are cooked through. Top with cheese and

serve warm. *Substitute with egg whites or egg substitute, if desired.

Note: Water is not added to this recipe due to the moisture released from the

3 slices tomato ¼ avocado, sliced

1. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, water and salt. Pour into

base of Microwave Breakfast Maker. 2. Add diced turkey breast

to egg mixture and top with tomato slices. 3. Cover and

microwave on 70% power 2–3 minutes or until eggs are cooked

Frittata 3 large eggs

2 tbsp. water

¼ tsp. kosher salt

¼ tsp ground black pepper

½ cup frozen cubed hash browns, thawed

2 tbsp. each- chopped red bell pepper, chopped 1 green onion

¼ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Whisk the eggs, water, salt, and pepper until well blended. Pour

into base of Tupperware Breakfast Maker. Stir in remaining

ingredients, cover and microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes.

Garden Frittata ¼ onion ½ tsp. garlic

½ tsp. Italian Herb Seasoning ¼ cup of mushrooms, sliced

¼ cup asparagus cut in ½” slices ½ tbsp. fresh basil, chopped

¼ cup spinach, shredded 2 whole eggs

¼ cup egg whites 1 tbsp. water

2 tbsp. shredded low-moisture, part-skim mozzarella cheese

3 slices Roma tomatoes, medium thickness

⅛ tsp. kosher salt ⅛ tsp. ground black pepper

Combine onion, garlic and Italian Herb Seasoning in the Power

Chef™ System fitted with the blade attachment. Process by

pulling cord until all ingredients are diced. Set aside in bowl. Add

sliced vegetables to bowl, toss to season and mix. Combine basil,

spinach, eggs, egg whites and water in base of Power Chef System

fitted with paddle whisk attachment. Cover and pull cord until

well blended. In the Microwave Breakfast Maker, place seasoned

sliced vegetables. Add half the egg mixture and all of the cheese.

Cover with remaining egg mixture. Top with sliced Roma

tomatoes. Sprinkle slices with salt and pepper. Place the covered

Microwave Breakfast Maker in the microwave and cook on high

power 2 minutes 20 seconds. Note: Cooking times may need to be adjusted based on microwave wattage.

Quick Chef or ChopNPrep may be substituted for the Power Chef.

Hearty Breakfast Bowl ½ cup russet potato, peeled & diced into ½"/1.25 cm pieces

3 eggs*

2 tbsp. water

¼ cup desired cooked breakfast meat (bacon, sausage or ham)

2 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese

Place potatoes in base of Microwave Breakfast Maker. Cover and

microwave on high power 2 minutes. In small bowl, whisk

together eggs, water and breakfast meat. Pour over par-cooked

potatoes, cover and microwave at 70% power 3 minutes or until

eggs are cooked. Top with cheese and serve warm.

Breakfast Maker Brownies

2 packets of instant hot chocolate mix

2 tbsp. flour

2 tbsp. canola oil

2 tbsp. water

1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 cup chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Spread evenly in base

of Breakfast Maker and sprinkle chocolate chips. Place cover on

Breakfast Maker and microwave for 60-90 seconds. Allow to cool.

Remove from breakfast maker to a serving plate.

Variety: drizzle about 2 TBS caramel ice cream topping around

mix before microwaving. Add chopped nuts.

Microwave Bisquick Apple Muffins 1 egg 2/3 cup milk

2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2/3 cup sugar

2 cups Biscuit mix (or Tupperware Happy Baker mix)

1 small apple – peeled, cored, then chopped into small pieces

1 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 cup apple butter

Melted butter

Cinnamon/sugar mixture (1 tsp cinnamon mixed with 2 tsp sugar)

Whisk egg, milk, biscuit mix, oil, and sugar together. Stir in apple,

apple butter, and cinnamon. Spoon about 1 cup of batter in base

of Tupperware Breakfast Maker. Cover and microwave about 2

minutes. Brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with

cinnamon/sugar mixture. Remove from Breakfast maker to

serving plate. Clean breakfast maker and cook remaining batter.

For variety, try blueberries in place of apple.
