This percentage is shared by the Top Ten New Volume Producers based on the first time order volume (not to exceed

224 BV) of new members and customers.

This bonus is shared equally between the 3 Star Diamonds.

This bonus is paid on a quarterly basis. A 3 Star

Diamond must qualify 2 out of the 3 months to received this

bonus.

In order for a member to be paid this bonus the following criteria must be met:

•Must be enrollment sponsor of each new member or customer

•New member or customer must be register within the qualifying month

•If the above criteria has been met, the volume from the new member or customer’s first order will be counted toward this bonus.

(This percentage is divided monthly on a pro-rata basis…which means that the amount of volume brought in by each of the top ten producers is added together. Then, 20% is taken and divided by the total BV. This will give you a dollar amount for each BV. Then

we take the amount of BV that was brought in by each producer and multiplied it by the dollar amount given for the BV. This will

identify the amount of money each producer will receive.

This bonus is shared equally between the Crown Diamonds. This bonus is paid on a quarterly basis. A Crown Diamond must qualify 2 out of the 3 months to

receive this bonus.
