Who owns and backs Groupon?

Groupon was founded in 2007 as a project of The Point, Inc., a platform for organizing all forms of collective social action, one of which was the organization of special deals for groups. The Point is privately owned and backed by individual private investors, New Enterprise Associates, a venture capital firm that helped grow CareerBuilder, Vonage, and UUNET, as well as Accel Partners, a venture capital firm that invested in Facebook, Etsy, comScore and StumbleUpon, along with Digital Sky Technologies, a internet investment firm that invested in Facebook and Zynga

How much does it cost to be featured on Groupon?
