concept of unconference (conference with E3S twist)

Definition:

An open format conference designed to facilitate activity and conversations between individuals.

Attendees help shape the unconference agenda the day of the unconference, i.e. session topics they would like to participate in.

Unlike any other conference format, an unconference allows all sessions to be relevant and engaging to attendees.

teaser mailer - a teaser mailer a month before reveals only a little about the event or the product. Its purpose is to arouse widespread attention, and build excitement and expectations  amongst the target audience of the event.

eDMs (electronic direct mailer) - Themed, the invite eDMs are customized into different categories, according to the event format. They are designed to attract internal staff, partners and speakers to the event. The confirmation eDMs are sent as well, providing pre-arrival communications.

RSVP – response management

tele calling – A call centre setup is arranged to update the target audience of event about the event and any necessary communication which they should be aware of.
