e-school is a web based software or application for schools(single or a group) that helps upload and

manage term scores and results. The power of the e-school application is in its ability to integrate with

its in-built e-payment solution as well as an e-library and assignments portal.

e-school will be deployed online as a web application so that multiple schools under a group of schools

can create their own school instances, create user accounts and use.

Also, the application is web based so that bank tellers can post payments of school fees, for books etc and

the records are fetched from the respective schools.

Student Identification Codes (alternative to scratch cards) are generated at a minimal cost so that

parents or guardians can have access to the web application to view terminal reports and the e-library

and assignments portal.

It is a multi-user application with secure authentication credentials per student. The application further

rests on secure server licensing when put up online.

[ C o s t i n g

Costing is based on the number of school instances it’s being deployed and integrated for. The cost of

deployment is estimated below:

Deployment per school -- 300 000.00

Training -- 20 000.00

*Annual Online Hosting Payment -- 20 000.00

N 340 000.00

*Please note that the Online hosting payment is renewed yearly.

Constraints and assumptions

- The solution will be authorized at the signing of a project charter / agreement.

- The project may utilize data available from existing systems

- The deployment will be completed in a 3-day period. Training follows immediately.

Initial Set Up

- 60% of payment must be made at contract signing.

- 40% of payment made after deployment.
