    Preparation of the plan of action that will be approved by the director of the institution

    Prioritization of the actions that are going to be undertaken in the following six

    months, according to the overall goal and time scheduling

    Main resources used are the director of the institution and the employees

    The long term effect expected is commitment to implementation of IEM

    The first step should be setting up the emergency preparedness committee and

    emergency teams that will include the director, architect, curator of collection, day and

    night guard, documentarist, photographer

    The expected outcome is incensement of the capacity for emergency management of

    the staff in our institution

    Besides the director and museum staff, the Ministry of Culture will be included as the

    main resource for funding

    Increasing the security of the collections in our museum buildings

    Building up partnership with organizations by identifying the key stakeholders within

    and outside the museum
