Introduction to companyA multinational company that deals with production of socks at large scale since 1992. Second largest company in Pakistan which deals with socks production to exports. Its production fulfills the requirement of customers at global level. They specialize in all types of Sports / Athletics / Casual Socks for Men, Ladies and Children. They are one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of Sport Socks from Pakistan.

Establishing Goals and Developing Plans:Dynamic sportswear Company work on Principle Management By Object (MBO)What is MBO?

• Specific performance goals are jointly determined by employees and managers.

• Progress toward accomplishing goals is periodically reviewed.• Rewards are allocated on the basis of progress towards the goals.

Company’s all member jointly efforts towards achieving the organizational goals.

Organization Culture:

They basically follow people oriented culture. They make sure to satisfy their customer and work according to customers need. Top management plans revolves around the customer’s will.

Maufacturing:Where socks are made by threds

of diffeent colors.

Designing:Where socks are

designed according to need.

Finishing:Where socks are pressed and packed.

Dynamic Sportswear Company is worth full company with high standards. It is built with an aim to provide a quality product to its customers. Worldwide needs are fulfilled by this company. For the sake of production, they use Automatic, Modern machinery for nice work. The production is divided into 3 departments: first department produce socks by using different threads of different colors according to need, then second department make designs on them, after this process, the socks are transferred to third department. Here they are dyed and pressed. Then they are packed.

DECISION MAKING

Decision making: Making a choice from two or more alternatives is called decision making. Dynamic Sportswear Company’s managers also face that face of decision making. There could be two type of decisions:•Structured Decisions•Unstructured Decisions Structured Decisions:Such decisions in which company’s goals are clear and managers know how to deal with it. Unstructured Decisions:Problems that are unusual and for which information is incomplete and ambiguous. While doing daily business, such structured decisions are made by heads of departments. But in case of unstructured decisions, these are shifted to upper management. Mr. Naveed (planning manager) decides how to meet with those affairs.

MOTIVATION

Motivation:Is the result of an interaction between the person and a situation; it is not a personal trait. Motivation is considered as key factor in making an organization goals be achieved. How they motivate their employees:Dynamic Sportswear Company has motivation policy according to level of their employees. There are three types of employees: Professionals Well trained and skilled persons.Contingent workersIs a provisional group of workers who work for an organization on a non-permanent basis, also known as freelancers, independent professionals, temporary contract workers, independent contractors or consultants.Low skilled employeesIncludes labor, that are working on daily wages and are not so skilled.

Motivation for professionals:•Job challenge•Organizational support of their work Motivating Contingent Workers:•Opportunity to become a permanent employee•Opportunity for training•Equity in compensation and benefits Motivating Low-Skilled, Minimum-Wage Employees:•Employee recognition programs•Provision of sincere praise

Generally motivation factors or programs are incentives, bonuses, promotion to next level, awards (like best employee of the year), loan facilities and grants.

SWOT Analysis:

Strengths:•Broad and strong International market.•Famous brands are their customers. Weakness:•Uneducated staff•Less labor•The company is not so much known as their competitors are

 Opportunities:•Can expand their business as they have no local market.•Company can start their own independent retail operations in some countries.  Threats:•Unstable government policy for exports•Competitors ( Khuzaimah impex, Kamtex corporation, Fintex, Apex Industry)•Brand faces an identity issue which would mean a greater time for brand building. 

CONCLUSION:After making that project, we come to know how a multinational company works. How they manage their affairs. How their management is consult with their employees. How to work in co operative manner. While visiting the company, we observed that what is management and it effect the whole organization.
