H ere are a few tips to remember to help retain the sink’s new look.

• Drain and rinse after each use and wipe dry.Never allow detergent to dry on stainless steelsurfaces. (Most detergent brands currentlycontain additives which tend to be corrosive.)

• Use of ”steel wool“ pads is not recommended.These materials may leave metal splinters inthe sink which give the appearance of rust inthe stainless steel.

• Remove mats, wet sponges or dish rags fromthe surface.

We recommend cleaning of all ex posedsurfaces of Neptune by Elkay sinks with aconventional non-abrasive householdcleanser. Make sure to rub back and forth inthe direction of the sink grain lines. This willremove any stains and blend any scratches,which occur during normal use. Rinsethoroughly and completely towel dry.

W hat Is W arranted?Y our sink and mounting fasteners are warranted to be free from defectsin materials and workmanship. Shouldany defect be found which wouldresult in the product being unsuitablein function or appearance, Neptunewill furnish you with a replacement sinkat no charge.

W ho G ets The Benefit?The terms of the warranty are ex tended to the original purchaser of the Neptune sink.

W hat W ill W e D o?For any defective sink returned,

Neptune will provide a replacementsink (of the same model), eitherthrough the store where the productwas purchased or directly throughNeptune.

W hat A re The Ex ceptions?This warranty will be invalid if the sinkhas not been installed according tothe instructions provided, or if it hasbeen damaged due to mishandling orabuse in installation. Damage frommisuse or improper applications of theproduct (such as ex posure to corrosivechemicals, photographic solutions,etc.) will also invalidate this warranty.No labor charges and/or damagesincurred in the replacement installationwill be allowed.

W hat D o Y ou H av e To D o?If a defect is found in the sink, contactthe store where you purchased it. If thestore has a replacement unit (of thesame model) in stock, remove the sinkfrom its installation, and return it to thestore for ex change. It will be necessaryto show proof-of-purchase at that time.
