4Weekly Updates on PDS for Resort to Reach Goals

To get resort of the year each resort in each tier has to match the goals set for them. For PDS they have arrival, hospitality, overall survey and accommodations, and everything in working order. They also have the Quality Assurance which happens twice a year, training, the budget and Project 7500 to build their report with reoccurring guests. 4
