Speaking about sports betting, it does not take long for gamblers to find out that winning and losing often co-mes in streaks. It’s inevitable to happen, since there is no such thing as a “lock”.Only way to prevent losses and tilt we should put in big big consideration this two things: – Profit expectancy & Bankroll Management: If you put $5,000 into a bank savings account and let it draw interest for a year, you could expect to make let say about $100 to $150. But many of us get very greedy when using that same $5000 to bet sports and feel that a $1000 or $2000 seasonal profit is unacceptable.Yet this is roughly 10 times what you would have made by putting the same amount of money it into the bank and there are not too many investment advisors, bonds, or mutual funds, at this time especially, that can make you a consistent 15-30 percent each year.

In order to have a return on investment you must to be very organized and patient. You can not freak out after even 7 days of bad run and start betting with more money to cover your looses. That is biggest mistake that people do when it comes to betting. First important step is setup your bankroll ( 500 euro,

1000 euro, 2000 euro….etc ) As you get this important point I suggest that each bet to be between 1% and 2% of your bank and not more of that! If your bank is 500 euro then you should bet 5 euro per bet, maximum 10$ per bet.

Many people make mistake and bet 20, 30 euro with bank of 500 euro. You can not do that because that will lead you to guaranteed bankruptcy. That way if you hit bad run of 15 tips x 30 euro = 450 euro – and you will be left with 50 euro or 10% of your bank – a disaster. So be very carefull on this point.

If you follow this rule, following the example above you bet 15 tips X 5 euro = 75 euro and you will be left with 425 euro – 85% of your bank after that bad run. Now as you still have 85% of your bank after that bad run your bank is safe, you feel better – no panic, not nervous, and you can handle it. This is so im-portant part on betting startegy because bad run happen but if you follow this simple rule you can’t make big mistakes like amateurs does: start betting more, betting on combos, looking for no sense games just to try to cover yourself.

This is by far one of the most corrupted league in the world. In this league you can make lots of money if you know what is going on over there. This story will be much longer – please try to read all – it is very important in order to un-derstand what is going on over there.

President of Serbian Football Associa-tion is Tomislav Karadzic. This guy is in total control in Serbian Football. He is President of Serbian and Montenegro Soccer Association from 2006. Before that he was president of regional Asso-ciation of Vojvodina.

From 25september 2007 he was Pre-sident of Partizan Belgrade and at the same time he kept position at the Ser-bian FA where he was deputy to the association’s president Zvezdan Terzic. When Terzic left the country in March 2008 Karadzic took over his role as Fa President. From that time till now he is still President and God in Serbian Foot-ball. Also interesting fact is that from 2007 become Golden Era of Partizan – they won 7 out of 8 titles in Serbian Su-

perLiga. Even when Red Star won title in 2013/2014 he make sure that Red Start is penalized from UEFA so Partizan can still play Champions League.

Funny fact is that President Karadzic was convicted in 1961 of aggravated as-sault and sentenced to year and a half in prison. Victim of Karadzic in that inci-dent lost an eye. However, under mys-terious circumstances Karadzic was re-leased after only 6 months from prison. For many years, Karadžić has been he-avily criticized by public due to various reasons and decisions, which had ca-tastrophic consequences for the Serbian football. After numerous serious irregu-larities in player sales (mostly for young players), serious suspicions of match-fixing, and an impending boycott of the Serbian top club Red Star Belgrade com-bined with sharp criticism of over half of the clubs in Serbian SuperLiga, Karadžić announced his resignation in late 2013. However he is still there – do not want to lost his position and money that he is making with match fixing and selling players.

Karadzic favorite team beside Partizan Belgrade is Spartak Subotica. There is no way under any circumstances that Spar-tak Subotica can go into relegation and went to Second League. So if you see that Spartak Subotica is in dangerous zone at the end of the season you can bet heavily on them – no way they can be relegated.

Zvezdan Terzic – Ex President od Serbian Football Association, OFK Belgrade and lately Red Star Belgrade. After being on the run from law since March 2008 fo-llowing an arrest warrant issued for him in Serbia where he’s charged for embez-zlement and fraud in regards to trans-fers of OFK Beograd players, Terzić tur-ned himself in to Serbian authorities on November 11, 2010. He was widely be-lieved to be hiding in Montenegro where he has many personal ties and connec-tions.Immediately after ending his pla-ying career in 1997, he became involved with OFK Beograd in administrative role as the club’s director.

In January 2005, he became the president of Serbian Football Association (FSS), an organization that has in July 2006, af-ter Montenegrin secession, become the country’s top football governing body. He resigned the post in March 2008 amid controversy.

He is also known as football mafia man – fixing matches, selling young players – etc. In late September 2012, after two and a half years on the run, nine months in prison detention, and a full year out on bail, Terzić, who is awaiting trial, got vo-ted to the position of OFK Beograd. After that he become President Of Red Star – and couple of days ago he resign after followers of Red Start ask him to do that. Another mafia man on top of biggest Serbian club.

Aleksandar Vucic – Prime Minister Of Serbia – also big fan of Red Star team. He become Prime Minister on April 27 2014. When he become Prime Minister Red Star start making better results right away. He made sure that many compa-nies sponsor Red Star – basketball team sign many good players and won title in Serbia, won Jadranska Liga, play Europe League. Partizan was dominating bas-

ketball in Serbia for 10 past year ( fun-ny is that past President of Serbia Boris Tadic 2004-2012 was big fan of Partizan Belgrade ) He did not want to mix his role with sports because it is forbidden by UEFA but slowly and surely Red Star start making better results and it is ex-pected to win title this year. They must win title!

So in league like this where we have ma-fia everywhere how is possible to expect normal games and real results. It is sim-ply not possible. There is evidence that more then 80% of all games are fixed.

Examples of fixed games this season so far:

1) OFK Belgrade – Red Star – 2:6 (2:0) – odds that home team will lead at half time and away team will win game at the end was 34.00 (remember Ter-zic control OFK Belgrade and also at that time was President of Red Star) 2) Partizan – Jagodina – 6:0 – odds that game will have more then 5.5 goals was 8.50 ( President of Jagodina and Tomis-lav Karadzic are good friends ) Jagodi-na have decent team and most goals they receive was 3 in all other games.

3) OFK Belgrade – Vozdovac – 2:1 (0:1) – odds that away team will lead at half and home team will win at the end was 32.00. Second game that OFK Belgrade was in-volved in fixing in 3 rounds. (president of Vozdovac and Terzic are good friends)

4) Partizan – Metalac – 4:0 (3:0) – odds that will be over 2.5 goals in first half was 6.00 – Partizan score 3 funny goals in 15 minutes. ( President of Partizan, Presi-dent od Serbian Football Association Ka-radzic and President of Metalac are great friends. President of Metalac was also part of Partizan board in past.

5) OFK Belgrade – Mladost – 0:1 – in this game there was rumour that OFK Bel-grade will win for sure. So many people bet on OFK Belgrade but President Terzic has different idea. In order to get under radar he let people believe that OFK will win and then order his players to make sure they lost. So they score own goal in the beginning and then till end of the game players of OFK make sure not to score. Odds that Mladost will win that game half time/full time was 13.00.

Corruption and matchfixing

RomanianLeague

Thursday’s game between Astra and Steaua had a man of the match few would have guessed: referee Sebastian Coltescu. The ref managed a performance rarely seen in today’s foot-ball: disallowing three correctly scored goals by Steaua and not sending off Astra player Constantin Budescu for unsports-manlike conduct (read: slapping the face of an opponent). It is not the first time Coltescu commits mistakes that look more than suspect: in the 1st round game CFR Cluj – Viitorul, after CFR was leading 2-0, referee Coltescu awarded to inexistent penalties for Viitorul, which saw them equalize and in the end, win a point.

Thursday’s game clearly illustrates the corruption existent within Romanian football, targeting referees as well as pla-yers. In the case of Coltescu, his lack of integrity has been well known during the last 10 years, yet the CCA (Central Commit-tee of Referees) has continued delegating him for matches in Liga 1. Former Dinamo owner Cristi Borcea even admitted to bribing him once, claiming that “Coltescu had some old debts that were due, so I gave him a helping hand”.

Coltescu is not the only referee with a suspect behavior; in fact, Romanian football has always been plagued by referees clearly (dis)advantaging one team or another, from the old communist era when infinite additional time would be added to make sure the right team won, to recent seasons, where offsides shown incorrectly and dubious penalties have been prevalent, especially in important matches which can decide who wins the league and who relegates.

It is good to keep in mind that most of the teams, particularly the top ones (like Steaua, Dinamo, CFR Cluj, ASA Targu Mures), have at least one or two referees that usually advantages them, in some matches quite clearly. Also, another important aspect to remember is the fact that several of the CCA’s board members have links to clubs in Liga 1, such as vice-president Alexandru Deaconu, a former junior player at Steaua, and Cristi Nica, a former coach for Astra and Petrolul.

Remarkably, there has also been a large number of former referees active in the administration of clubs playing in the top division, most noteworthy being current Steaua president Valeriu Argaseala.

Round 8’s game between Craiova and Steaua was heading for a draw, a quite lo-gic outcome for a game which had been very tight and closed. In the 85th minute though, Craiova defender Dumitras committed a completely unnecessary penalty, which brought the victory to Steaua.

Fun fact though: Dumitras’ former club is Steaua.Although it might have been only a coincidence, it brings us to the second part regarding corruption and matchfixing in Romanian football: the players. A recent questionnaire sent by UEFA to all member countries, asked a large number of players anonymously whether they had been a target for or participated in fixed matches; Romania was the only country where all players replied they had never heard anything of fixed matches, they had never spoken with anybody about it nor had they ever participated in such games. Needless to say, this was far from the truth. When former football player Marius Postolache went public a couple of years ago, and began talking about the rigged games he had been a part of together with his teammates, it brought his career to an abrupt end: he was kicked out from his current team, no other team wanted to have anything with him to do and the Romanian Football Federation shunned him.

It is no news that players in Romanian football have actively participated in fixing matches, the only question being is to what extent? With more and more clubs run-ning into financial difficulties and unable to pay players, it is logic that players might begin to fix matches they bet on, in order to earn some money. As mentioned in the first post about Romanian football, three teams are currently insolvent: CFR Cluj, Di-namo Bucharest and Petrolul Ploiesti, the last one having serious issues with debts and heading for the worst (bankruptcy, that is).

Still, it is worth mentioning that even teams with no financial problems have players involved in suspect matches, Viitorul Constanta being one of the most associated with such games. To give an example, last season, FC Brasov – Viitorul ended 1-3, while Viitorul – Brasov ended 0-2; scoring for Brasov was a certain Aganovici, who later signed with…Viitorul! History repeated itself when Viitorul played against Ote-lul at home and won with 3-0, while the away match, Otelul – Viitorul ended 3-0, Florin Cernat scoring twice for Otelul and signing at the end of the season with, you guessed it, Viitorul! Yet this is not the most suspect matches every played by Viitorul; back in the 2012/2013, Viitorul played away with Steaua, already champions, and won with 5-2, a match characterized by many as a comedy or according to Steaua’s owner “a humane thing to do”. Not surprisingly, after the season, Viitorul borrowed Steaua around 11 players to play for its U19-team competing in UEFA Youth League, a humane thing to do, considering the helping hand given by the champions.

In this league you need to avoid to bet on any away team or draw – will lead you to minus if you do that.

Last 3 seasons home side team WON 52% of all matches, DRAW were 25% of all matches and LOST 22% of all matches.

If you want to make money in this lea-gue as tipster you need to always look at home side team. Each time in Brazil home teams have big support and that is one of the reason why home side teams have big advantage.

CORRUPTION: I did not notice too much corruption in this league. Brazilians love too much soccer to let anyone win just like that. Sometimes in the end of the season if 2 teams are friendly you will see some fixed matches – but that is so obvious because even bookie know that so with odds is very easy to recognize.

Goals per matches last 3 seasons: 2.34 Home side teams goals per match last 3 seasons: 1.45 Away side teams goals per match last 3 seasons: 0.90

Best home team: Corinthians, Gremio, Atletico Mg

Best away team: Corinthians , Atletico MG , Flamengo Jr

Bad home team: Goias, Vasco, Joinville

Bad away team: Chapecoense , Joinville, Vasco

This league is also know believe it or not for under 2.5 goals.

Even that Brazilians play very offensive football many matches end up under 2.5 goals. Many people go with Brazilians with over 2.5 goals and that is actually wrong – better option is under 2.5 goals – and usually better odds. Last 3 sea-sons: Over2.5 goals : 43% of all games Under 2.5 goals : 57% of all games.

ON THIS LEAGUE BET ON: HOME WIN AND UNDER 2.5 GOALS

From the opening of our service we see that most part of followers of dragons-bet team are taking in right considera-tion what were our main advices on how to manage bankroll. Most of them un-derstand as well how to follow our Pro Tipsters.

Somebody still make some mistake for example moving from one tipster to another one just looking on last month performance. We suggest again that best way is to choose you tipsters, ba-sed on what style of betting you like to follow and keep following this tipster

for long time. Betting is marathon at you have to look at results on the full season. Ending a month in minus in normal even for a professional gam-bler. So again our suggestion is to keep following the same tipster and instead of moving or select one just because on last month he made 2k of profit is not right way. Even better should be to keep following 3 or more tipsters at the same time and for all season. Leaving to fo-llow a tipster just because he end up in minus one month is not the right way to follow our service and hoping to end in profit at the end of the season.

A souspicious red card...

An investigation has been opened after a big numbers of bets placed on a Frosinone red card and Mirko Gori was dismissed against Napoli.

This was the last match of Ita-lia Serie A and the Ciociari were al-ready relegated ahead of Saturday’s match at San Paolo, and the midfiel-der was dismissed at 13 minutes Gori pulled Lorenzo Insigne’s shirt, then said something blatant way to the refe-ree who sent him off.

AMS noted a series of abnormal bets, with Eurobet, Intralot and GoldBet no-ting a large number of bets (1000 on average but most was coming from Fro-sinone area but in total, adding the three agencies together, there would have been a payout worth over €200,000) so the FIGC have opened an inquiry. “This bet is not often placed, and in the days leading up to the match there were peaks of betting on ‘Red card - YES’ for Frosinone, more than the other three matches and more than foreign leagues.

“There are several anomalies. Firstly, SNAI (one of major Italians book-makers)] never offered that type of bet on Napoli-Frosinone.

“Secondly, that kind of sending-off in the first few minutes is beyond any lo-gic, also because the referees are quite tolerant in the first few minutes of a game.“The agencies themselves imme-diately contacted the state monopoly to freeze the collection of winnings. At this point the state police and the FIGC come into play.
