LIMITED TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are hereby invited on behalf of the I/c. Principal, Dr. APJ
Abdul Kalam Govt. College, Dadra & Nagar Haveli Ucchha Sikshya Samiti, Silvassa
for supply of Materials for Physics Laboratory as per Annexure C attached herewith.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Rates for the above items should be inclusive of all taxes and FOR at Dokmardi,
Silvassa. (Taxes shall not be mentioned separately)
2. Rates should be quoted by the firms who are able to supply/provide materials from
licensed outlets on receipt of the clear supply order.
3. Tenderer shall have the deposit Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) for Tender fees
(non-refundable) by Demand Draft in favour of “SILVASSA COLLEGE” payable at
Silvassa. The Tender fees submitted in any form other than mentioned above will not
be accepted. Tender received without Tender fees will be summarily rejected.
4. Tender application duly completed in all respects should be accompanied by Demand
Draft or Banker’s Cheque for Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as Earnest
Money Deposit in favour of the “SILVASSA COLLEGE” payable at Silvassa. The
EMD submitted in any form other than mentioned above will not be accepted. Tender
received without EMD will be summarily rejected.
5. Physical submission of tender fees, EMD, Experience Certificate, Registration, VAT
Registration and other documents etc. in hard copy in the office of the tender inviting
authority by RPAD/ Speed Post./ Courier latest by 15/10/2015, 03:00 P.M. In case,
physical submission through RPAD/speed post/ courier, the Tender Inviting Authority
shall not be held responsible for any postal delay or loss of documents.
6. Sealed envelope should be super-scribed word “Limited Tender for supply of
Materials for Physics Laboratory”.
7. Inferior quality materials, defective or damaged or otherwise, shall be out-rightly
rejected. The firms shall replace the same, failing which payment will be withheld and
made after full satisfaction of the representative of the college.
8. Tenderers are expected to supply good/standard quality materials.
9. Tenderers are advised to quote their rates as per Annexure C attached herewith.
10. The rates should be valid for 01 year initially from the date of tender and extendable
further, if need be.
11. The Instruments should carry at least warranty of one year from dealers/supplier
besides any other warranty/guarantee from the makers of the product.
12. The successful bidder will have to furnish the Performance Security Deposit of 5% of
gross bid amount in form of DD or Banker’s Cheque from nationalized bank in favour
of “SILVASSA COLLEGE”. 13. Right to accept or reject any or all tenders is reserved with the undersigned without
assigning any reason.
