Summary
These duties include planning, initiating, and implementing the asset/records management procedures
and policies in support of the operational requirements of the company’s ongoing business plan. This
position requires coordination with Marketing, Legal, Contracts, Technical and Finance.
Specifically, this position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
• Evaluating, updating, and maintaining a database of market intelligence and maintenance
cost data provided by aircraft manufacturers to develop internal maintenance reserve rates.
• Maintaining current systems to store asset record and documents, ensuring the most
efficient method for storage and retrieval in order that the Trading Group has the ability to
access the most current and accurate data available.
• Coordinating the development, input, and maintenance of the asset data in the aircraft
asset management software (ACMS).
• Initiate the required formalities, including the General Terms Agreements, training, account
management, and updates for all manufacturer and vendor data access portals
(Myboeingfleet.com, Airbusonline.com, etc.).
• Assist with Airbus and Boeing purchase orders as requested by the Trading Group including
follow up to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Create and manage the annual aircraft audit and reporting process for the managed aircraft
fleet.
• Coordinate, manage, and monitor consultant schedule to maximize efficiency and minimize
company cost. Review consultant invoices for accuracy and prepare payment approval
request. Provide assistance to Trading consultants during their on-going project, act as a
liaison between consultants and Willis.
• Assist and coordinate aircraft transition projects, including sourcing and managing
configuration change engineering and material requirements.
• Process and manage aircraft maintenance reserve claims from lessees. Review lessee’s
relevant sections to ensure proper documentation and invoices are provided for the
reimbursable maintenance event, including corresponding and coordinating with lessee as

event may require. Prepare and provide recommendations to Vice President, Trading for
final reimbursement approval.
• Formulate, execute, and review any process that will ensure the Trading Group is operating
with most efficiency and effectiveness.
• Research and prepare documentations as needed to support Trading Group on-going
projects. Provide assistance to Trading Group during aircraft returns, deliveries, and sales
campaigns.
• Support the Trading Group with submitting expense reports including organizing receipts
and recording expenses. Manage lessee publication requests. Order manuals as requested
by Technical Managers and complete follow up to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Processing and input into the Willis Lease system for all aircraft owned.
• Ensures the aircraft records are processed and input into the system in a timely manner and
update the aircraft records packages as required.
• Reviews the completed aircraft records packages and provides up-to-date aircraft records,
status and technical documentation to Internal and External customers as requested.
• Ensures the aircraft monthly utilization reports are input into company database upon
receipt. Assists with audits of and provides resolution to utilization discrepancies and
outstanding utilization reports.
• Responds to internal and external customer’s queries related to Willis Lease fleet aircraft
records or technical documentation.
• Review the records and assist Vice President Investment & Fleet Solutions on prospective
aircraft purchases to ensure they meet company standards prior to purchase.
• Conduct due diligence reviews of the records for prospective aircraft purchases.
• Coordinates aircraft records package preparation for respective sale and/or consignment.
• Manage the records and be the direct liaison for Willis Lease corporate aircraft.
• Conduct mid-lease audits as required for aircraft and engines at the discretion of the Vice
President, Technical Records and Quality.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical management role related to records and/or
leasing.
• Lessor experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate spreadsheet skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and database or contract
management systems. Experience with Flydocs is strongly preferred.
• The candidate should possess at a minimum a B.S. or B.A. degree.
