The “Welcome” Party

Kick your wedding weekend off with a relaxing bbq by the lake! Guests can unwind with a hearty country bbq featuring:

• hamburgers, bbq chicken, sausages, hot dogs, veggie burgers • 3 homemade cold salads of your choice • cruditees and dip • sliced watermelon • condiments and toppings • finger desserts • Soft drinks, tea and coffee

$21.95 per person plus 13%hst and 10% facility fee/minimum 50 guests

Following dinner, you may choose to host a lakeside bonfire! Our bonfire package includes the following:

reserved used of bonfire pit, supply of firewood, set up of muskoka chairs, tables, ice canoe cooler, and clean up.

The Wedding Ceremony

A wedding at Bayview Wildwood Resort offers a variety of options for hosting

the wedding ceremony, both indoor and out. There are several stunning lakeside

options for you to choose from.

Should you wish to host your vows outdoors, a back up room is conveniently reserved

should poor weather prevail.

Alternatively, you may choose from the nearby chapel (Anglican denomination) or from several other churches with a variety of denominations

in the local area.

The Wedding Reception

Echo’s Dining Lounge, set as you wish, will host your reception.

Our reception room has large windows which feature a stunning panoramic view of beautiful Sparrow Lake.

Echo’s will seat a maximum of 225 guests for dining and provides an entertainment area with dance floor

that will accommodate additional dance guests, up to a maximum of 275 guests total.

A selection of hot and cold h’ors d’oeuvres is a delightful

touch to serve during your pre-dinner reception. The wedding dinner itself can be tailored to suit your individual

taste, and we also recommend some late night fare to keep the party going! A list of h’ors d’oeuvres, dinner and late evening refreshment

options are located at the end of this information package. We are pleased to offer a variety of flexible

options for beverage service. You may choose from:

Host Bar – Wedding bill covers all beverage charges. Modified Host Bar – Wedding bill covers some beverage charges.

Cash Bar – Wedding guests pay for beverages. Ticket Bar - Wedding Party distributes some tickets to their guests.

Above options are billed based on consumption.

Floral, Décor, Linens

Consulting on the theme and ambiance of your special day would be our delight.

Decorating arranged by the bridal party may begin

by approximately 11:00 am the day of the event.

You are welcome to make arrangements to enhance your event with custom linens, floral, furniture, and décor as you wish.

We could direct you to several experienced vendors.

Delivery to the resort and ceremony site is easily arranged.

Photography

The scenic grounds at Bayview Wildwood Resort provide the perfect backdrop to creating photographic memories of your special day.

Wedding parties are welcome to use our grounds freely for picture taking.

Whether it’s floating by in a canoe, leaning against a tree, or posing along the picturesque shoreline,

we are sure you will find the perfect backdrop.

Should you wish to have photographs taken indoors, there are a number of options to choose from, including

fireside in the Crusader Lounge or along the large lakefront windows in the Echo’s Dining Lounge.

We would be pleased to refer you to our preferred photographer list.

Aesthetics and Beauty Services

Pamper yourself on your special day with a relaxing massage from our massage therapist.

Bayview Wildwood would be pleased to supply you with a list of local salons to tend to your beauty needs, many of which would

tend to your needs in the comfort of your own accommodation.


Accommodations

Bayview Wildwood will take care of all overnight accommodation for you and your guests. The resort offers a variety of well-appointed

resort rooms, suites, and cottages. A block of rooms is conveniently arranged for your function, allowing your guests to

call the resort directly and book their own accommodations offered at our special wedding rate.

Our rates include overnight accommodation AND breakfast.

We encourage wedding guests to take full advantage of our resort facilities and book accommodation for the entire weekend,

making your wedding celebration even more enjoyable and relaxing. We require minimum room blocks for all wedding bookings as follows:

• Groups of up to 120 guests are required to book 30 units for both Friday and Saturday nights. • Groups of over 120 guests are required to book a minimum of 60 units for both Friday and Saturday nights.

Suites $199.00 Rooms $179.00 Should the minimum room bookings not be met by guests, the wedding party would be responsible for the difference.

Rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy, subject to 13% HST and 5% facility fee. Rates include overnight accommodation and breakfast.

Additional guest in the accommodation are $32.00 per adult

$16.00 per child (6-12 years) Please note, there is a surcharge for accommodation rates for July and August bookings.
