Throughout all of my research of photo shoot ideas, font styles, early name ideas and photography, also journalism and experimenting with Photoshop CS3 I have created a detailed plan of how I want my music magazine to turn out like. I have decided the title of my non-mainstream magazine is to be ‘noir’, conflicting the idea of creativity and expression and I shall also use the font style I found from ‘dafont’. Overall I have researched many photography images which have inspired me; which has lead to potential photo shoot ideas. I have found two photo shoot ideas which I would like to use for my music magazine, however the distorted paint effect may not have the same effect as the glitter effect as it stands out when used on motion or action shots. By analysing three magazines and their front cover, contents page and double-page spread has improved my knowledge of how a music magazine is designed, also the features and effects used. The images below have influenced me in the aspects of creating a main image for the front cover of my music magazine, also the contents page and double-page spread.
