LEARNING GOALS

After mastering theory and norms concerning the history of courts in Indonesia, the background of the establishment of the Administrative Court in Indonesia, courts terms, the differences between pure and pseudo-Administrative Courts, the main characteristics of Administrative Courts and General Courts, absolute and relative competencies, Administrative Disputes, Administrative Decisions as the object of Administrative Dispute or causes of Administrative Disputes, the parties of Administrative Disputes, the process of Administrative Court-examination, trial/various procedural law in Administrative Courts, the structure of petitions for free litigation, petitions for quicker litigation, and petitions for postponement of Administrative Decision implementation, structure, and material of the power of attorney, definition, structure and material of the claim, Defendant's Reply, Replik/Response to Defendant's Reply, Duplik/ Response to Replik, Proof of examination ofState Administrative Dispute, Conclusion of parties in the trial, types of verdicts in Administrative Dispute, Students aretherefore able to construct legal documents (power of attorney, claim, defendant's answer, replik, duplik) required in the trial process professionally and equitably.

Short Description of The Course
