ADVANTAGES & POTENTIALS OF TPP : 1. Geographical location : Located along right side of Dong Nai River, TPP ‘s being planned to
connect all deep water ports in HCMC & Ba Ria-Vung Tau. In the central of Binh Duong industrial areas (Nam Tan Uyen, Song
Than I,II,III; VSIP I,II; My Phuoc I,II,III…), it ‘s easy for TPP to collect & transit cargo.
2. Strong support from customers : TPP has contacted more than 80 customers in the area of Binh
Duong and Binh Phuoc province in which 25 enterprises have signed the agreement and agrees to deliver the goods pass through TPP. Container production is estimated 4000-5000 teus / month. The remaining companies are very interested and said they will support TPP when it puts into operation.

Construction of infrastructure & Materials handling equipment
Total areas 63ha with total investment cost VND1,450 Billion.
16 piers ( 62 meter per pier). The first phases 2011-2014 build 08 piers. The second phases 2012-2018 build more 08 piers.
04 (Four) Liebherrs’ fixed cranes handling bulk cargo up to 90tons.
12 ( Twelve) Quay side gantry crane handling container 20”, 40” 45”.
Rubber Tired Gantry handling for container 20”, 40” 45” at container yard.
Reachstakers of Hyster for handling container up to 45tons.
