21. Orthodox Cathedral - Episcopal Cathedral of Galati is built in Byzantine style, with influences from cult Moldavian architecture. The church has an exterior length of 37 meters and a height of 42, 5 meters. Cathedral has an open porch columns, narthex, nave, chancel and side apses are embedded in wall thickness.The foundation is visible from blocks of carved stone and open porch is supported by double columns and arches trilobite. The church is heated by a waist tape to 1/3 the height of the walls and a waist torsade above the windows. Small alcoves lined in strong cornice profile. The church has a large dome and two smaller nave nave.Inside is paved with slabs of red and white Carrara marble and painted in fresco.The painting originally belonged to Costin Petrescu. The iconostasis is made of brick and girdles of Carrara marble. The pulpit is from the same marble and solid brass chandeliers.

23. Church of the Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel - is an important foundation of the Moldavian style elements later in which there are the influences of Wallachian architecture. The church is built in the shape of a cross, the interior is divided into the sanctuary, nave and narthex. It has a dark porch, built perpendicular to the north side, above which is a large dome clogged (blind). The iconostasis of carved wood covered with gold. The narthex has a balcony for the choir. Current tempera painting is painted by Anatoly Cudinov in Bucharest. The old painter belonged Galati Toader Falco was executed in 1816. The church keeps the other icons painted on wood, very valuable, dating from the second half of the eighteenth century and early nineteenth century.
