The three-day event is a great opportunity for all agents to meet with fellow members and potential partners by attending the social networking events. All attendees are encouraged to take full networking advantages of this great gathering during the welcome cock-tail, gala dinner and optional activities (e.g. a city tour, karting race, football and paintball tournaments), while focusing only on their own network partners during one-to-one meetings. The INO Summit is a unique joint conference with its distinguished feature of keeping each association’s specialty, while giving more networking opportunities to attendees during social events.
INO SUMMIT 2020The INO Summit 2020 is a three-day joint conference, which brings the members of three well-known associations together in one place. The summit is held by the participation of the members from Overseas Project Cargo Association (OPCA), Freight Forwarders Family Worldwide Agents Network (3F) and Freight Midpoint International Forwarders Network (FM). These three associations are independent and separate from one another and have different members. Each association serves different expectations, needs and strategies of freight forwarders and logistics companies. They come together for this glorious summit to create perfect synergy, potential and networking opportunities.

The INO Summit 2020 will be held on 19, 20, 21 June 2020 at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent Hotel, Turkey. All members are invited to attend the INO Summit 2020 to exchange leads and develop business. The event is a great opportunity to meet overseas agents that you would, otherwise, rarely get the opportunity to meet. Members also have access to our one-to-one online program, which allows delegates to set up 20 minutes of private business meetings prior to their arrival.

Participants are encouraged to stay at the conference venue. Special accommoda-tion rates have been arranged during the INO Summit 2020 at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent Hotel. A certain number of rooms have been blocked at the discounted rates below in Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent Hotel. These rooms are limited and available to our members on a first-come, first-served basis. So, it is advised to register your place at the meeting hotel as early as you can. Upon receipt of the meeting registration fee payment, special hotel booking form will be e-mailed to your company. To enjoy below discounted room rates, you must fill the form with your credit card details and e-mail to the hotel by May 20, 2020. Reserva-tion requests thereafter will be subject to availability at prevailing rates.
DRESS CODEDress code throughout the conference, welcome cocktail, gala dinner and 3rd day of the event is "Smart Casual" (no ties/no suits). All delegates are expected to wear their own network T-shirts on Saturday (20 June 2020) during one to one meetings and the Group Photo will be taken with the network T-shirts. T-shirts will be handed out during onsite registration on 19 June 2020 between 16:00 – 21:00.

VISATravelers must hold a valid passport or travel document with a minimum of six months beyond the intended period of visit. Visas can be obtained from Turkish Embassies abroad or at the airport. Ministry of foreign affairs also supply an e-visa service on their website which makes to get visa much more easier. Applicants just need to log on to www.evisa.gov.tr/en, provide the requested information, (after the application is approved) make online payment and download their e-visa. This new type of visa replaces “sticker type of visa” issued at the border crossings. Our members from Turkey, who are visa sponsors of the INO Summit 2020, will support all participants requiring visa invitation letters. We will arrange visa invitation letter draft for the delegates and link them to the visa sponsor members accordingly.
Apart from one-to-one meetings, there will be TEAM BUILDING activities to strengthen group mentality, increase interaction and cooperation between members in the INO Summit 2020. Attendees are encouraged to take full networking advantages of this great gathering during welcome cocktail, gala dinner and optional activities (e.g., a city tour, karting race, football and paintball tourna-ment), while focusing only on their own network partners during one-to-one meetings. Team building activities create the time to focus on the importance of teamwork and what is needed to make you a better team. Learning how to work together effectively will create efficiency and knowledge on how to manage each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Team building can help break down barriers in communication and also how to better utilize both verbal and non-verbal forms of communication. Team building events reinforce the value of having fun in the group and what significant results can actually be achieved when fun is involved. Members will strengthen existing ties and make new acquaintances.

CITY TOURYou can enjoy Istanbul City Tour which is exclusively arranged for the INO Summit delegates. This tour is an optional program, complimentary and in advance registra-tion is required to participate before 17 May 2020. Spouses and children are not allowed to participate this city tour. KARTING RACEDrivers will race individually and represent their networks. Minimum 10 drivers are required to arrange Karting Race per network and maximum 30 drivers will be hosted.
