CLX. Track & Trace is connected to the internal TRANSCO-TMS and transmits data to the web platform for customers to track orders. Status information concerning incoming and outgoing shipments or POD (Proof of Delivery) is documented and displayed. Orders are visible with the corresponding customer‘s login on the internet platform.
In addition, partners of TRANSCO (e.g. freight companies in other European countries) can view orders to be shipped on the CLX. Track & Trace internet platform with a partner login and report the necessary delivery data back to the TRANSCO-TMS. The data is automatically processed.

Utilizing the familiar Microsoft-Windows and Microsoft-Offi ce graphical user interface user-friendly functions for product management, dispatching and detail planning, order processing and confi rmation, as well as for invoicing are provided. With CLX.Transport & Logistics you can handle general cargo, the part and full-load traffi c as well as the international intermodal traffi c in an entirely system-based manner. The solution orien-ted towards an uncomplicated, practically oriented mode of operation, fast implementation, cross-process automation and integration. Data is only entered once, and because of the ERP-base the data is available to all functions from order processing to invoicing and analysis. This ensures a high data quality and quick acceptance – an important factor when introducing a new software solution.

With a fl eet of over 250 ships, the company CFT (Compagnie Fluviale de Transport) is among the leading inland waterway transportation companies in Europe.
Due to the international orientation and the demanding processes, CFT wanted to use the best available technology in terms of IT. After evaluating different systems CFT decided on an integrated complete solution based on Microsoft Dynamics AX and the industry solution CLX.Transport & Logistics.
