Training experts for the future global energy challenges

The programme is engineering-based, but also covers a wider range of topics including economics, sustainability and environmental studies. Taught material will be supplemented by site visits to power plants and by seminars given by invited lecturers. Extra tutorials and support are always available if requested.

A unique feature of the programme is its broad approach to the development of sustainable routes to energy generation and supply, within which renewable energy is a focal point. Students are able to create study programmes suited to their interests and aspirations through a choice of optional courses and selection of suitable dissertation/research projects.
