AMERICAN EXPRESS TRC 1999 - 2009Lead Business Systems Analyst 2004 - 2009Drove delivery efforts for Request For Service from 3rd Party Vendor Customer Survey database on schedule and on budget. Managed projects including all documentation, requirements gathering, database testing resulting in critical feedback leading to 3rd Party Vendor Process improvement.

Delivered $3.4 million in cost savings by working with internal Customers and 3rd Party vendors by researching and worked with 3rd Party vendors to remove charges currently covered under main contracts.

Reviewed over 1,125 Request For Service from 3rd Party Vendor’s in 2008 that accounted for $28 million in Development and Maintains projects. These projects achieved a 98% on Schedule and 99% on Budget for Non-Top Project.

Led requirement sessions and participated in creating technical design for specific business functions, leading to the appropriate development, testing (system and user), conversion and implementation. Documented general and detailed business requirements and specifications for the creation of technology projects. Performed statistical correlation and regression analysis on consumption data to assist with the understanding of the correlation of drivers to revenue.

Provided demand metric information where data existed to allow for better utilization of technologies consumption (i.e. unused IDs, excessive number or size of databases, etc).

Worked with Product Community to document Volume Collection process that led to the 2002 rates and budget targets for both Product and Business Partners.
