Second Latin-American Congress on the History of Science and Technology

The second Latin-American Congress on the History of Science and Technol- ogy will meet in Sao Paulo, Brazil, from 30 June to 4 July 1988. The meeting is being sponsored by the Sociedad Latinoamericana de Historia de la Ciencia y la Tecnologia and the Sociedade Brasileira de Historia de CiCncia.

The Congress will include plenary talks, symposia, panel discussions, commu- nications, and exhibitions.

The second announcement of the Congress-containing the main program structure, information about lodging, and membership forms-will be mailed in September 1987. Those interested in receiving this announcement should write to:
