Being an ACCA, IMA and a UAECA member with proficient post qualification experience has provided me with a leading edge in dealing with conterminous issues and having an eye for detail.
Having worked in tedious projects as SAP end migration in Volvo Group Middle East and Souq.com and developing complex Excel templates via Visual Basic for Application has provided me with deep insight in IT setup for the Accounting Dept.
Currently employed by Souq.com as a Senior Accountant/Analyst 2 since Mar 2015.

My primarily role in the project Design phase of Souq Supply ChainData Migration for the parent entity (Souq Group)Creation of Vendor master for the non-retail entity.
Project Highlights1) A pioneer in the E-Commerce industry to utilize the technology.2) Implemented module Included (HR, MM, SD and FICO).
Skills and Learning from the Project1) It was great to be a part of amazing team building professional from NTT data and In-house SAP geeks.2) It involved a lot of SAP learning and knowhow from the Souq SAP product Manager3) Ensuring the Data Migration is a smooth process.
Project Hurdles1) A very young industry which lacked a prototype for this scale.2) Cross border coordination with a huge team of professional.3) Juggling with various month end closings and year end Audit
Volvo SAP migration project where Volvo current SAP system was migrated to the Group's new SAP set up
Project Highlights.1) Gap analysis (i.e. our situation prior to the migration vs. the new SAP modules2) Integration with SAP technical team across the globe (IT, Finance & Controlling) for a smooth transition3) Actual migration of current data to the new system
Skills and Learning from the Project.1) Exposure to data testing and migration, as it was an SAP internal migration.2) A very close and intense team effort and interaction with the remote In-house SAP team.3) Ensuring the Data testing and migration is a smooth process and have met the deadline.
Project Hurdles.1) The most challenging aspect was that it coincided with annual audit.2) Most Part of the Project the team was remotely located and had to be liaised after office hours.
