Analyzed data to provide constructive feedback to DSL's, OM's, and sales to improve carton report accuracy and overall returns. Certified Lean Manufacturing (Kaizan) leader, leading a cross-functional project that

streamlined systems, removed bottlenecks and improved the carton return, sorting and reporting process resulting in savings of over $60k annually.

Introduced and implemented a Canadian carton control strategy that reduced excessive inventory costs and improved on time delivery.

PepsiCo Foods, Lethbridge – Sr. Shift Supervisor, Warehouse 2007-2009

Managed a shift team of 30+ employees to meet and surpass cost, quality, service and safety results. Managed crewing, training and disciplinary activities of day to day operations to ensure teams were crewed to meet volume.
