ABOUT US
In 2002, having felt overlooked by today's designs,
which catered to their smaller, less curvaceous
counterparts, then Epiphany7, (Quintina Johnson,
Regina Cole-Morton and Michelle Roberts) set out to fill
a void. They began designing a line of clothing with
the shapelier woman in mind. Thus allowing them to
express themselves creatively through fashion and
make their vision known.
Although none of the women have been professionally
trained in the area of sewing, it has always been a love
for Quintina. Being the child of a mother who sews and aunts with varying crafty talents, it
was no surprise to see her headed into the world of designing. Regina and Michelle are
equally as talented, and bring a touch of elegance and functionality to the designs.
Upon discovering that the name Epiphany was already in use, by a clothing company
based in Yonkers, NY; we set out to decide on a new name. Thus, Quincy Tae'Lor was
born.
The flair of Quincy Tae'Lor is their ability to create a line that lends comfort and sexiness,
with a style that is also fashionable, edgy and fun. The three of us have come together to
create a line of clothing that is reflective of us collectively; curvaceous, strong and
opinionated yet feminine.
Under the creative direction of Quintina, Regina and Michelle, Quincy Tae'Lor will debut
its first official Spring/Summer 2010 collection at Baltimore Fashion Week in August of 2009.
Fast forward to 2010, Quincy Tae’Lor is currently being run by the dynamic, strong willed
and fashion forward entrepreneur Quintina Johnson; who has been the visionary behind
the brand since the fall of 2009. Quincy Tae’Lor will reintroduce their fashion company to
the mainstream market by offering their new line of fashion for the Spring/Summer 2011
season.
