Boxes with non-bearing base - provides protection from physical and chemical level, without using load-carrying parts and materials.3. Wooden boxes - both in bearing and non-bearing bases4. The maximum dimensions of our packages depend on the method of transport that will be used. For the shipping to take place in optimal conditions with no unexpected problems, we use: • Triple-layer VACUUM-PACK film • Inhibitors of corrosion in vapor phase that form a molecular coating on metal

surface • Moisture absorbers: COR CAP tablets and silica, also TROPAGEL bags • Sponges with VpCI additives for electrical components (1 sq m of cloth

Compliance with the latest standaredeAll wood packaging offered by MobVip meet regulated standards and requirements of the international standard ISPM 15 - NIMP 15 - IPPC.To meet these standards, all loads must be packaged in heat-treated wood and need application-specific markings. Iată cele 4 tipuri de ambalaje principale pe care vi le punem la dispoziţie:1. Lăzi cu baze portante - poartă greutatea pieselor şi materialelor ambalate prin traverse de lemn;2. Lăzi cu baze neportante - oferă protecţie la nivel fizic şi chimic; nu poartă greutatea pieselor şi materialelor ambalate;3. Cutii din lemn - atât cu baza portantă, cât şi neportantă;4. Palete din lemn - paleţi, platforme etc.

Dimensiunile maxime ale ambalajelor pe care vi le punem la dispoziţie diferă în funcţie de metoda de transport pe care o veţi folosi. Pentru ca transportul maritim, terestru sau aerian să se desfăşoare în condiţii optime

şi fără probleme, folosim: • folie triplustratificată VACUUM-PACK; • VPCI (inhibatori de coroziune în faza cu vapori), care formeaza un înveliş

molecular pe suprafaţa de metal;• absorbanţi de umiditate: tablete COR PAC şi SILICAGEL, precum şi săculeţi

TROPAGEL;• bureţi cu aditivi VPCI pentru componentele electrice.

Conformitatea cu ultimele standarde în vigoareToate ambalajele industriale din lemn oferite de MobVip corespund normelor reglementate şi impuse de standardul internaţional ISPM 15 - NIMP 15 - IPPC. Pentru a corespunde acestor norme, toate încărcăturile împachetate în ambalaje din lemn trebuiesc tratate şi este necesară aplicarea marcajului specific. Respectând toate aceste norme, MobVip vă garantează evitarea repercursiunilor grave ce pot apărea în cadrul vămilor în cazul nerespectării acestor standarde de ambalare. În cazul ambalării neconforme, vămile sunt în măsură să decidă soarta mărfurilor dumneavoastră: acestea pot fi remise în ţara de origine, re-ambalate, sau chiar distruse. Însă în calitate de client al MobVip dumneavoastră veţi fi ferit de toate aceste posibile sancţiuni, implicit şi de pierderile financiare pe care aceste măsuri le atrag după sine.
