Pre-Nursery & Nursery
Pre-Nursery is available on a ‘pick and mix’ process around core sessions and extensions which can lengthen the provision.
Nursery sessions are booked in advance half termly. Adhoc sessions and extensions to the day may be available subject to staffing levels but need to be booked in advance through the School Office. (Link to [email protected])
In Pre-Nursery and Nursery children are encouraged to attend at least 3 ‘sessions’ per week.
Amesbury is registered with Surrey County Council's Early Years Scheme and can claim the grant for children aged 3 the term after their 3rd birthday for up to 6 terms, which is refunded to parents. Amesbury also accepts employer's Child Care Vouchers.
As the Early Years Department is part of Amesbury, when allocating sessions, priority will be given to those children who are committed to continuing into the Pre-Prep and Prep School.

Core Care Sessions • Morning (08:30 to 12:00), includes mid-morning snack • Afternoon (12:00 to 15:30), includes mid-afternoon snack
Extension Care Times
• Early bird (08:00 to 08:30) • Lunchtime (12:00 to 12:45), includes hot lunch • Twilight (15:30 to 18:00), 30 minute sessions, which includes a hot supper at 16.30hrs
Composite Care Offers
• School day (08:30 to 15:30) includes AM/PM snacks and hot lunch • Full day (08:00 to 18:00), includes AM/PM snacks, hot lunch and supper at 16.30hrs
Holiday Care
• Early bird (08:00 to 08:30) • Lunchtime (12:00 to 12:45), includes hot lunch • School day (08:30 to 15:30) includes AM/PM snacks and hot lunch • Twilight (15:30 to 18:00), 30 minute sessions, which includes a hot supper at 16.30hrs • Full day (08:00 to 18:00), includes AM/PM snacks, hot lunch and supper at 16.30hrs
