This conditionality applies specifically for two of the 11 thematic objectives of the CSF Funds• strengthening research, technological development a nd innovation (R&I target), • enhancing access to and use of quality of ICT (ICT target).

The starting point
Piedmont’s overall RIS strategy started in 2006 wit h the approval of the regional law n 4/2006
which established “The regional system of research and innovation”
