Greetings Division 18! The service year is halfway over and it has flown by. I am going to dedicate the next 5 months on completing my goals, visiting your clubs, and getting to know all of you on a personal level.
I am in the process of chartering a Key Club at Ichabod Crane High School which I think would be a great addition to the division. I am really excited for the Dodgeball Tournament that we have coming up. My goal is to have this be so successful that it has to be a annual event. I hope that everybody takes the time to help out with this service event! Yours in service,
Lt. Governor Jacob
Rensselaer Key Club on November 9th reached out to their local
church and helped out with their annual Pork Roast Dinner. The members were responsible for
setting up tables, waiting on customers and cleaning up. The
photo above illustrates the members taking a picture with
the director of the dinner Miss.Ruth
APHS Key Club hosted a Red Cross Blood Drive on Friday, 10/18. Key
Clubbers recruited donors and handed out drinks and snacks at the drive. Altogether, 52 units of
blood were collected, which potentially saves 156 lives!

The Alzheimer’s Association works on a global, national and local level to enhance care and
support for all those affected by Alzheimer’s and related
dementias. We are here to help.

1st Annual Division 18 Dodgeball Tournament
Publicity Committee – President Riley Ludwig
Will be responsible for recruiting teams, organizing forms, and
developing the tournament bracket as well as other things to be announced.
Donations Committee – President Dominic

This Committee is responsible for getting the word out to the
general public by creating flyers and videos as well as designing the tournament t-shirt.
Team Recruitment Committee – President

This committee is in charge of raffles, concessions, and snacks along with donations directly to the American Cancer Society
and prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams.
