01ANR Automatic Neighbor Relation
Fully automated optimization of neighbor
relations for all the technologies and vendors.
Measurements and Stats are used to add and
remove neighbor relations.
02CAC – Consistency Audit and Correction
Function runs more than 200 daily consistency
check in 2G/3G/4G network and auto corrects
inconsistencies through the CM layer. .
DLB -- Dynamic reallocation of workload
between cells. Congested 2G/3G/4G cells are
identified. Based on cell and neighbor utilization
values, load is distributed among the neighbor
cells in the network.04
CCO – Coverage and Capacity Optimization
Dynamic optimization of electric antenna RET and
RAN network settings for 3G cells. Measurement
reports (GPEH/PCHR) and stats is used to find out
overshooting or undershooting cells, and change
RET and power values accordingly.

05APO -- Automatically configures new
cells/carriers to output them in the stream.
Functions prepares site data (frequencies,
neighbors, BCCH/SC/PCI values and other
required parameters for new site.
06ICLB -- Dynamic load reallocation between the
carriers Congested 3G cells are identified.
Based on Carrier utilization values, load is
distributed among the other carriers in the same
NodeB.
07SH -- Dynamic optimization of parameters of
healthy sectors if individual sectors/carriers
fail. Function checks measurement reports and
add/remove neighbors for the healthy sectors.
If needed, power parameters are changed to
serve failed cell/site area.
08Energy Saving -- Using historic data for
prediction and capacity analysis, the function
decides which NE's can be halted/deactivated
or power parameters can be adjusted to save
energy without affecting the network
performance and quality.
