1. My Bar Mitzvah

2. I startedpreparing for my Bar Mitzvah by learning the prayers.
3. Other than the prayers, I also learned my Torah readings.
4. I learned about my Torah reading so that I was able to give a speech about it. This speech is known as a Dvar Torah.
5. For my Bar Mitzvah, my Grandma, uncle, and sister came from Israel to visit.
6. My Bar Mitzvah studies helped me keep my Jewish identity, by teaching me more about Judaism. It also gave me more responsibilities and this led me to be the person I am today.
