Application form

• 21/02 The names of the mentor applicants will be send to the mentees and a sort application to choose 3 mentors.

• 23/02 Dl for the mentees to sent the application with their choice of 3 mentors .

• 25/02 DL for mentorship team (Vassia+Filothei) to match the mentors with mentees.

• 27/02 DL for announcing the mentorship couples, a personal email will be sent .

Matching

• The first meeting should happen within 2 weeks after the matching

• Afterwards the pairs can agree on the frequency and purpose of the meetings based on their needs and scedules

Meetings

• Each mentoring relationship can be continued, as long as both parties feel it is valuable and supports their development.
